“For a 4 star hotel, this place was absolutely atrocious. The lady at the front desk, Rani, was extremely rude to the customer ahead of me. For someone who claimed to have “people’s skill”, she was absolutely disrespectful. This is not the type of customer service I expect from a “4 star hotel”. Also our sink clogged and there were absolutely no bathroom supplies. I am never coming back again! It was a terrible experience for the amount of money I spent. The manager is also not in site and can only be contacted through email. The manager is also not responsive so any issues you may have may not be handled in a timely manner. Please DO NOT STAY HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOME PLACE BETTER.”

“Let me start with the room..so pretty!!! I absolutely loved it especially the bathroom because of the huge shower. The big windows provided great natural light. But the beautiful chandelier was a nice touch as well. To add to this the staff is super friendly and helpful. Upon arrival in the parking lot there was someone on their break and even though they weren't on the clock they still welcomed us, told us to not hesitate to ask for help and was super friendly. But the real MVP is Ms. Margarita at the front desk not only was she kind, friendly and welcoming she was able to help and suggest a great alternative when I realized I made a mistake with my booking. She was invested in helping and answering all questions we had and showed interest by asking about a stay. This place is truly a great establishment and I am happy with my decision to stay here. Definitely earned all 5 stars”
