Foi otimo o atendimento!!!! Limpo, troca de lençois de cama diaria, só faltou diversificar mais o café da amanhã.

Hotel bom.. meio antigo. Café da manhã razoável..funcionários cordiais. Perto de muitos pontos para compras e restaurantes.

Hotel honesto. O quarto é grande, banheiro bom e chuveiro ótimo. Café da manhã típico americano. Oferece omelete ou ovos mexidos, aveia quente, waffer. O café é bom e os sucos também.

Com certeza um hotel q voltarei a me hospedar, ótima localização próxima ao Flórida mall tem bastante estabelecimento comercial próximo. Internet boa, bom atendimento. Estacionamento e café da manhã grátis. Lembrando q è café americano tem waffles feito na hora por vc mesmo claro, sucrilhos, leite, bolo pão, td industrializado. Ótimo custo beneficio Quarto amplo com boa cama. Boa limpeza. Ruim check in tarde e checkout cedo.

Quarto e banheiro grandes. Tem micro-ondas e frigobar no quarto. As camas são bastante confortáveis e o quarto é limpo.A localização é boa para compras, mas é um pouco distante dos parques, principalmente dos da Disney. Se você estiver de carro, não é um problema tão grande.

Este hotel esta bien ubicado, no tiene amenidades para niños ni restaurante solo unos snacks en el front desk y tiene un pésimo servicio no por sus empleados porque ellos siguen instrucciones, pero nos limpiaron limpiaron la habitación 1 vez en 5 días, el precio estaba módico pero no volveria.

Buen servicio. Ubicaciones aseada. Solo una recomendación y es tener canales en español. De resto muy buen servicio y un lobby muy acogedor. Gracias!!!

This place used to be a Ramada and is now a lame private hotel.Google photos show a business center with computers and a printer, but the space is empty, as of April 2022. Also, photos show a full breakfast bar, and I booked this place thinking I’d have a nice breakfast each morning. There is no breakfast bar, as of April 2022. This is false advertising.The room had no complimentary soap. When I asked for some the next morning, they offered me shampoo. The lobby entrance from walkway to the elevator was soaked with water…The AC in the room is very loud.Not recommended.

The place was pretty clean loved the elevator option as I have baby twins I had to tote,the room smelled good when we walked in! Room was nice great price 67$ The staff was also friendly I have no complaints, they have a pool workout room free breakfast don't underestimate this hotel it's pretty nice I was expecting way less then what we got .

Front desk staff was some of the most inattentive and couldn't care less attitude I've seen. As someone who has a very good amount of experience with hotels in many places both budget and considered nice. This one takes the cake. Don't go here save yourself the time and trouble

Os quartos eram bons e os funcionários simpáticos. No entanto, não havia água quente durante a nossa estadia, de terça-feira à tarde até sexta-feira de manhã. Em um ponto não havia água em tudo. Também não houve arrumação durante a nossa estadia. As pequenas latas de lixo encheram rapidamente com 7 pessoas em nossos dois quartos e toalhas / panos foram fornecidos para apenas duas pessoas por quarto. E porque não havia arrumação, tivemos que ir buscar papel higiênico e toalhas na recepção. Se eles corrigissem os problemas de água e limpeza, seria um hotel muito bom.

Di lees los comentarios no te ospedas yo soy bien estricto y la aviación que me toco estaba impecable en comparación con otros hoteles el parqueo esta cerrado hay cámaras de seguridad y no hay personas bagando durante la noche como otros hoteles del área para el precio esta perfecto tienes mcdonald's y otro restaurante en el area la mucha del check in bien amable y rápida

This tops the all time worst all around hotel I’ve ever been too. Let’s start with the 3 1/2 hour check in. YES, 3 1/2 HOURS AFTER WALKING IN AND STANDING IN A LINE OF 4 PEOPLE I FINALLY GOT TO CHECK IN. The person behind the desk was beyond incapable, and could care less they were taking an hour per person. Never once called someone else, tried to move with any pace. We get up to check in, and they then proceed to screw up our hotels.com reservation, to where I had to spend another hour on the phone in order to get things sorted out. The desk clerk was rude, we got to our room and the toilet was broke and wouldn’t stop running, used forks in the floor, toe nail clippings, etc. I told management the next morning and he responds “that’s all typical really, I mean I waiting in Vegas once during rush hour for a few hours.” We weren’t in Vegas, and there were only 4 people to check in. We missed our top golf reservation, dinner reservation, and only ended up getting to do one of the three activities due to a 4 1/2 hour check in process. I could post pictures and say a lot more about my treatment and what happened, but I will keep it professional unlike anyone in that building did. Honestly the experience was so bad, me nor anyone in my entire family will ever stay at any place from this franchise again. It’s no wonder the place is falling apart. Customer service goes a long way, and here there is none. Please, beware beware beware!!!

I read some of the reviews and my husband do not agree with most of them We had a nice experience thanks to the desk clerk/manager TK who addressed the small issues we did have and went over & above to ensure we had a nice stay. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff but sadly I can’t, they were not cordial at all. However the security guard was great.The signage was not there as some said I believe the ownership is in transition. The rooms were clean & the hotel was quiet. The appliances were a little out dated but it didn’t bother us because of the price & the vicinity to Disney World & all the other attractions in Orlando. We would stay again, good place for a couple of a family on a budget.

0 stars . The worst experience in my life. I reached in the night 04/15. I don’t have hot water in my room and after many complaints I’m still waiting for another room even if almost all people already left the hotel. I washed my head in the women washroom but not able to take a normal shower. Even if I talked to the manager nobody resolved nothing. I’m waiting after yesterday for a solution and nobody do nothing. Very very bad service. In the washroom they don’t have soap, the doors not working well. We need to change the magnetic cards every time we use. The staff in the office are very rude and they not help the customer. The only thing they told me “I understand “ They still book the rooms even if they know they have hot water. Terrible

The rooms were nice and the staff were friendly. However, there was no hot water through the duration of our stay from Tuesday afternoon to Friday morning. At one point there was no water at all. There was also no housekeeping during our stay. The tiny trash cans filled up quick with 7 people in our two rooms and towels/washcloths were provided for only two people per room. And because there was no housekeeping, we had to go get toilet paper and towels from the front desk. If they fixed the water and housekeeping issues, it would be a very nice hotel.

My one-night stay was simply astounding! Great rates with extremely kind staff. Looking forward to new breakfast coming soon!

The hotel is actually really clean and nice, and staff are really professional. I read other reviews and I think those issues has been solved. Although location is not as good. I would not suggest this as stay for families with young kids in the family. Overall for the price I got it was great. And They have security and thats a plus.

PÉSIMO HOTEL, 4 horas para hacer el checkout y nos avisan después que no tenían habitaciones, las que quedaban estaban sucias.. sinceramente un desastre

Después que cambiaron de nombre cambiaron todo,yo estuve desde el 14/08/21 y salí el 19 ypague desayuno incluido y servicio de Internet y no tuve esos servicios y en la página aparecía desayuno incluido y servicio de Internet, las lavadoras tampoco están, tienes que pedir la cafetera, no me reenbolsaron nada y nadie te da una explicación convincente, siempre nos quedábamos allí, pero esta vez fue una experiencia de muy mal gusto. Lo menos malo fue que las toallas estaban limpias.

El hotel muy tranquilo, por su ubicación se puede movilizar a centros comerciales muy rápido, habitaciones y todo el edificio muy limpias.

Este hotel vale lo que cuesta, puede ser un hotel de 3 estrellas, pero casi llega a las 4 estrellas, muy limpio y organizado, el personal es amable y cordial, todo está en orden desde el lobby hasta las habitaciones. Tiene un excelente estacionamiento, sin costo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias, tienen todo lo que necesitas para una estadía confortable. Tiene un excelente gimnasio, dotado con muy buenos equipos, su piscina es amplia y segura. En cuanto al desayuno, sirven gran variedad de panes, yogurt, cereales, waffles, cafés , huevos, tortas dulces y jugos. Le doy 4 estrellas, algunas habitaciones quedan muy retiradas del lobby o de las salidas a los estacionamientos. En términos generales, es una excelente opción, con una relación precio /comodidad muy buena.

Excelente en el servicio al cliente,el señor fue muy amable, atento y nos dio un cuarto con vista a la piscina. El cuarto estaba limpio y las camas bastante cómoda.El hotel queda centralizado de los parques y centro comerciales.Por el precio es excelente además que incluye desayuno . Si eres de las personas que no te gusta desayunar en los hoteles hay una panaderia cerca llamada El Melao que es excelente por su desayunos y su comida criolla.
