“The pool is fantastic and the only good point to the hotel. The rooms are old, signs of water damage, cracking walls and musty smelling bathrooms. Our rooms were swarming with little flies to the point where it was infestation-like.One of the rooms didn't have a functional electronic key card lock but thankfully there was a regular key that was available. It just meant no cleaning service if the housekeeping staff didn't have their key.Truthfully, I was happy to have the regular key because the electronic key cards stopped working every single day and we had to keep asking for new ones. There are also four small elevators for 22 floors so everytime I had to get a new key card programmed it was an ordeal or when you finished breakfast you had to wait in line for 10-15 minutes to get an elevator back to your room. The breakfast was very limited in options and lower quality compared to the commonly known Israeli hotel breakfast. We thought maybe it was Covid-19 related but friends who were with us had just been to a hotel elsewhere in the country and said that their other hotel breakfast did not suffer from quality due to Covid-19.The family had a nice time and enjoyed themselves but we would likely not plan a return visit in the future.”
