Este lugar foi bastante abaixo da média. O quarto cheirava a tapete velho e molhado, fumaça de cigarro e urina. Tive que arejar o quarto (janela aberta, AC no alto, ventilação ativa do banheiro e porta da frente aberta) por um tempo, para torná-lo habitável. Agora, isso não é esperado para ser um hotel 5 estrelas, no entanto, nosso quarto estava em mau estado e bastante surrado. As luminárias tinham uma película de sujeira e graxa sobre eles, o papel de parede estava descascando por todo o quarto, os móveis pareciam ter saído de uma caçamba. O armário não tinha cabides. E o pior de tudo, o detector de fumaça não estava funcionando. Aproveitamos ao máximo, pois só íamos passar a noite (um baby stay-cation).Eu não recomendaria este lugar a ninguém por qualquer motivo.

This place was pretty below average. The room smelled of old wet rug, cigarette smoke, and urine. Had to air out the room (open window, AC on high, Bathroom active vent on, and front door open) for a while, to get it livable. Now this is not expected to be a 5star hotel, however our room was in disrepair and pretty beat up. The fixtures had a film of dirt and grease on them, the wallpaper was peeling all over the room, the furniture looked like they got it out of a dumperster. The closet had no hangers in it. And worst of all, the smoke detector was non-operational. We made the best of it, as we were only going to stay the night (a baby stay-cation). I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

Hotel decente para festejar com sua garota. Uma atualização definitiva do Gateway! Mas o preço de um quarto queen não é muito menor do que o Marriott na Executive Blvd. No geral, fiquei feliz com a minha estadia e, o mais importante, meu bff com benefícios com quem estou me esforçando muito para sair da zona de amigos com quem foi confortável e gostou da estadia.

For $120 per night I expected much better, maintained conditions. This place is NOT worth it!!! Upon requesting a different room, we were told, there were none. A more expensive room would have to be purchased. Was too tired from 5.5hr drive to argue...smh.

Decent hotel to party with your girl. A definite upgrade from the Gateway! But the price for a queen room is not much less than the Marriott on Executive Blvd. Overall was happy with my stay and most importantly my bff with benefits who I'm trying really hard to get out of the friend zone with was comfortable and enjoyed her stay.

Absolutamente nojento. Saí do elevador e o carpete do corredor estava o mais imundo que eu já vi na minha vida. Parecia que nunca tinha sido aspirado ou limpo. Eles anunciam este hotel como 100% livre de fumo, mas claramente isso não inclui maconha. Eu estava ficando chapado com a fumaça no corredor. Ainda esperando que o quarto possa ser melhor, já que pagamos US $ 140 por esse lixo, eu entro no quarto e é ainda pior! A pintura do teto está descascando. O papel de parede está descascando. Os móveis deveriam ser de cor creme, mas estão muito sujos. Eu não conseguia nem sentar na cadeira. Saímos imediatamente. Fomos informados de que poderíamos obter um reembolso, mas ainda estamos tentando recuperar esse dinheiro. Este lugar não é bom o suficiente para uma estadia curta. Não sei como esse lugar ainda está aberto. Fiquei em outro hotel próximo…Pátio…um MILHÃO de vezes melhor e mais barato!!

Localização conveniente. Quieto. As passagens poderiam ser mais limpas. Quartos arrumados. Não gostei do layout do hotel. Estava na seção do hotel, separado do resto do hotel. Muito inconveniente em clima de 18 graus para tomar café da manhã continental, por dois dias. Caso contrário, não há problema.

Convenient location. Quiet. Passageways could be cleaner. Rooms tidy. Did not like hotel layout. Was in section of hotel, detached from rest of hotel. Very inconvenient in 18 degree weather to go for continental breakfast, for two days. Otherwise, no issue.

ABSOLUTELY disgusting. Got off the elevator and the hallway carpet was the filthiest I’ve ever seen in my life. It didn’t seem like it had ever been vacuumed or cleaned. They advertise this hotel as 100% smoke-free but clearly that doesn’t include marijuana. I was getting high off the fumes in the hallway. Still hoping that the room might be better since we paid like $140 for this dump, I go in the room and it’s even worse! The ceiling paint is chipping off. The wallpaper is peeling off. The furniture is supposed to be a cream colored but it’s really dirty. I could not even sit down on the chair. We left immediately. We were told we could get a refund but we’re still trying to get that money back. This place isn’t even good enough for a short stay. I don’t know how this place is still open. Stayed at another hotel nearby…Courtyard…a MILLION times better AND cheaper !!

Má comunicação da equipe, quarto para não fumantes cheirava a fumaça. Inundação na banheira teve que mudar de quarto duas vezes. Serviço terrível. Fiz o check-in às 11h e fui forçado a fazer o check-out às 12h ou tive que pagar uma taxa de US $ 50 pelo check-out tardio no mesmo dia. E foi dito que eles não são obrigados a me dizer quando o horário e o dia do check-out são, embora eu pague por um quarto de dia inteiro.

Poor staff communication, non smoking room smelt like smoke . Flooding in the bathtub had to change rooms twice. Terrible service. I checked in at 11am and was forced to check out at 12 pm or I had to pay a $50 fee for late check out same day. And was told they are not obligated to tell me when check out time and day is although I paid for a full day room.

Holor a humedad en las habitaciones y ruidos extraños y consistentes que nos hicieron solicitar el cambio de lugar. Lo demás está ok. La cama era cómoda.

Este es el peor hotel que he visitado el lugar es viejo y sucio, las alfombras desgastadas y manchadas y la habitación con un olor extraño y la cama súper pequeña no vale el precio que cobran por noche, además pague mucho más de lo que me indicaba la reservación q hice online

Lo siento mucho, pero no me gustó para nada! Área de no fumadores parecía de fumadores, la habitación olía muy mal! El detector de humo tapado con bolsa plástica.Las paredes muy descuidadas. Las almohadas parecían de muñecas. Y el desayuno muy pobre, sólo pan, cereal y yogurt. Y del personal ni se diga nada de atención; todos parecían mal humorados y con malos gestos al hacer su trabajo, parecían como obligados!! Muy mala experiencia para mí fin de semana de vacaciones!!!😖😤😡

The room was as expected it should be for the level of hotel it is but the bathtub was disgustingly dirty and the drain was clogged with human hair I recommend unscrewing your shower drain cap on...

The good. Both the microwave and mini fridge were clean and worked as they should. The toilet and shower were clean. I didnât see any bugs. The bad. And keep this in mind please. We are not hotel...
