Optamos por este hotel por estar praticamente dentro do parque e ser no meio do caminho entre Vegas e SLC, nosso destino final. Foi tudo ótimo, check in super rápido, qto confortável e a lojinha anexa ajudou com itens básicos. O café da manhã é excelente e com preço bem justo. O local é lindo e a visita no Bryce tanto no sunset qto no sunrise foi espetacular.

Hotel muito próximo do parque Bryce, quarto muito bem organizado, limpo, chuveiro com boa pressão e serviço de quarto bastante eficiente. Eles possuem uma piscina interna excelente e academia. As áreas comuns são bem decoradas e amplas. O café da manhã é excepcional, um banquete com opções variadas e muito bem preparadas. O restaurante é fantástico, possuem um cardápio bem completo e servem buffet no sistema "all you can eat" com sobremesa inclusa, um dos melhores restaurantes de hotel que já comi. O hotel é bastante cheio, apesar da equipe fazer o possível, é evidente a dificuldade de acomodar todos os hóspedes no café da manhã, por isso, é necessário chegar cedo se não quiser ficar esperando na fila. As paredes dos quartos são finas, o barulho dos quartos ao redor pode atrapalhar os de sono leve. Possuem um pequeno supermecado que ajuda muito nas compras de itens básicos, uma vez que o hotel fica há uns 20km da cidade mais próxima. Eles possuem uma grande variedade de serviços extras, o hotel parece um shopping center, tem quem goste, mas para quem procura um clima intimista e acaba encontrando a Disney World pode ser um problema.

Awesome hotel if you're planning to stay in the Bryce Canyon area. Family friendly with a great pool, and allows pets. If we're in the area, we would stay again!

This was the best experience I have had at a hotel. The room was very spacious, the beds were so comfortable, we weren't able to hear our neighbors, breakfast was delicious and included, the lobby was beautiful, and the employees were the best! I will stay there every time I visit the area. Thank you for making my mother-daughter trip so pleasant and memorable.

Our party (3 rooms) had a great stay in the Lakeview Lodge building of this hotel complex. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and pretty quiet considering the amount of guests (Thanksgiving week so it’s busy). Breakfast in the restaurant on site is included and the food was pretty decent. The price is very affordable. Overall no complaints. BTW the general store on site has unique gifts and groceries.

El hotel está muy bonito, el personal de recepción es muy atento, todas las chicas que nos atendieron en el restaurante lo hicieron de lujo, y recomiendo el buffet del restaurante que por 25$ comes hasta reventar y muy bien

Very disappointing so I cut short my stay. The room was super noisy--creaking & loud from person walking around above. Plus pipes very noisy every time person above used sink, toilet, or shower. There was a very strong smell--like sickening sweet disinfectant that did not dissipate despite opening window for a long time. And could smell residue in sheets, too. This was a "dog friendly room" -- around the back overlooking an industrial area and a shabby, dirty parking area. If you have a dog--find someplace else to stay! All this considered, it was overpriced, too. And the desk clerk--there are many but I had the same one for both check-inand check-out-- personified couldn't care less attitude. When I filled out the survey the hotel sent me, I got an email back that addressed none of my concerns & just yapped about covid. Which is ironic since hardly anyone wore masks in the lobby.

Having just returned home from touring the southwest, I have to say that Bryce Canyon was the highlight of my trip. I've never heard of it before but I'll never forget it now. The lodge is that perfect level of classic Americana tourism. Our room was perfectly fine, clean, and comfortable and dinner at the steak house gave me one of the best flat iron steaks I've ever had at a very reasonable price. The next morning we were offered a very nice breakfast buffet before heading out early to hit some trails to some of the most beautiful country I've ever gotten to watch the sun rise over. If I'm ever in the area again you can absolutely guarantee this is where I'll be staying.

The rooms were big. This was great for our family of four! Other than size, the rooms were fairly basic. This is a big hotel with many buildings of rooms. Staff was really friendly and offered us options as our room was not available when we arrived at 2 pm (which was earlier than the check in time of 4 pm). Get there early for breakfast; at 8 am there was a long line for the buffet. Food was fairly basic - pancakes, scrambled eggs, biscuits, etc. Service was fast, and the line moved quickly.

Eat at Ruby's. Waiter was great! Food was disappointing. Had the ribs. They were good but too much sauce. Hubby had pork chops. Baked potatoes were almost Luke warm. Asparagus was chewy! We still tipped the waiter $10, but won't eat there again!

We stayed here for a night as part of our Cosmos National Parks Bus Tour. There were several other buses staying here from other travel companies as well. But there are plenty of rooms in different buildings, or “lodges.” Our room was spacious and well furnished with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, two queen beds and a 50 inch flat screen tv with loads of channels. The toiletries provided were reasonable. From our room, the Ruby’s Campground was literally steps from our door. It was actually quite nice to smell the aroma of the campfires! Everything is conveniently located: the general store with groceries and gifts, the ice creme store across the street and a few more gift shops, and a gas station. The hotel stay included a free breakfast buffet. You can also purchase a dinner buffet for $24 per adult. If you don’t want a big dinner, there’s also a diner with “fast food” like pizza, burgers and hot dogs. The whole inn seems to now be under the auspices of Best Western, which is fine. We’d stay here again. We were comfortable here though it is a very busy and active place, it seems, year round. It’s very close to Bryce Canyon, and if you don’t want to drive into the Park, the park shuttle picks you up at the edge of the Ruby’s Inn property.

Excelente opción!! Si vas a visitar Bryce Canyon, esta es una muy buena opción por su locación. Además, el valor por el dinero es excelente. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y limpias. El servicio es muy bueno, tanto en el lobby como incluso en el restaurante. El desayuno es excelente! Es muy variado y de buena cantidad. Es perfecto para salir con energía a un día de exploración en el parque nacional. Además, toman muy en serio las medidas de higiene contra el COVID-19 Recomendado.

excelente lugar para vacacionar, ademas de ser un lugar muy limpio, tienen un servicio excelente para los huespedes por contar con lavanderia, restaurante, supermercado, pisina y diferentes formas de entretenimiento para los huespedes. excellent place to vacation, in addition to being a very clean place, they have excellent service for guests as they have a laundry, restaurant, supermarket, swimming pool and different forms of entertainment for guests.

Great hotel - far nicer than we expected with the 3 star rating. New and recently remodeled, the property was great, swimming pool was clean and very nice, and the food at the hotel restaurant exceeded expectations. The staff were all very polite and well trained. The hotel is within walking distance of many activities. This turned out to be one of our favorite places we have vacationed in Utah.

Simplemente el mejor establecimiento para visitar Bryce Canyon a menos de una milla de la entrada del parque. A pesar de su incendio de 1984 el lugar conserva ese aroma de lugar histórico. El complejo cuenta con tres restaurantes, piscina interior y exterior, gimnasio y spa. Habitación cómoda y bien equipada.
