While driving north on I69, our enclosed trailer blew a tire at 6:30 on a Sunday evening. We were about an hour away from the Best Western at the time. We called and spoke with Anna. She said her manager Nancy would only allow her to refund one of our two rooms. We were driving with 10 children in our van and unable to make it to the hotel due to the blown tire. I requested to speak with the manager and Anna told me that Nancy refused to call us or talk with us until normal business hours the next day. I again reguested for the manager to call me but she refused. I offered to provide proof that we were unable to make it due to a blown tire, but the wouldn't cancel the rooms without charging us for one of them. We ended up being able to unhitch the trailer and get to a tractor supply in Mcalester (back in the opposite direction) nearby just before closing to get a new tire and rim. Thankfully there were very helpful employees there who were willing to stay open a few minutes late for us. Now THAT is good customer service. We were able to get the tire changed within a few hours and were able to eventually make it to the this Muskogee Best Western after 9pm with our 10 children, half of them already asleep after being on the road over 12 hours that day. After arriving at the hotel, we found that one of the rooms was below 60°. The sofa hide a bed had no bedding. When we requested bedding for it, they gave us a fitted sheet and two damp blankets. The door handle to the bathroom fell off the first time we tried to turn it. The blankets in the second room had reddish brown stains on them. There was hair in the shower and a coffee pot on the bathroom sink. Yuck! The walls were dirty and the floor was sticky. The morning breakfast was served by a very inhospitable woman. While the breakfast has a wide spread of options, it was lacking greatly in quality and taste. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Staff was very friendly at check in! Unfortunately, we got into our room and the heat wasn’t working, the carpets weren’t clean, and the towel I pulled out to shower with clearly had old blood stains that hadn’t been bleached out all the way. I know covid has limited the amount of staff at hotels definitely not a place to go if you are a worried about cleanliness.

Stopped late. Met one of the best receptions of the trip. Brandy was so helpful even though I probably bothered her a dozen times. She had a great knowledge of the area and helped me deal with parking a trailer. The first room had had some maintenance done on it and they hadn't cleaned it, so Brandy apologized and quickly got us switched. Nice rooms and amenities. Wished we could have enjoyed the pool.

We have never had a "BAD" experience with any of the Best Westerns we've stayed at from east coast to west coast. This one was no exception! The staff was friendly and helpful and the accommodations met our needs. The Breakfast was good and hot. The rooms and lobby were clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower and sink was Excellent! Yes when the need arises we will be booking here again.
