“I enjoy coming to this hotel- the rooms are always clean, housekeeping always gives you what you need, and front desk is always accommodating. In my opinion this is how a hotel should operate based on good ol hospitality”

“The breakfast was absolutely the worst. The juice was totally watered down. The oatmeal was like water and wasn’t thick at all any of the days. I watched the worker take a piece of sausage sitting on the counter and put it back in with the sausages. Just insane! The coffee was straight water. They are either cutting corners or their staff has no idea what they are doing. Was a waste of money for sure.
The room shower was clogged and the shower head was broken upon entry of the room. You have no free water so it cost you $7 a bottle of you drink the waters in the room 😱. The room smelled damp like humid.”
