“It provides what's needed. The TV, phone and appliances are outdated. There's no TV with apps to connect to so don't expect that. They have a small gym and a "shoppette" as I like to call small stores. That's nice and convenient. The Washer and Dryers are complimentary. Front desk was friendly. I didn't see any bugs in my room. They stated housekeeping comes once a week. My stay was from Feb 4 - Feb 12 and no one came by. I worked from my room so I was there. Overall, it's nice for the space.”

“I made reservationsfor my son last night at his request since he was on road heading to Plano. Due to weather issues he didn'tarrive until 5 am. When he got there they refused to give him the room Ihad paid for, saying he couldn't check in till 10am. Between this hotel and priceline was unable to get him checked in at time he arrived. All this because he didn'tcall to tell them he would have a late check in, which I wasn'taware of and he was drivingand unable to do. Wanted to cancel the 2nd nite on reservationbut my son needed sleep and at least he could get in at 10 am vs 3pm.. I won'tstay in this chain after this experience.Puro rip off of a night charge.”
