“Lobby estava tão quente e banheiro do lobby estava imundo. Eles poderiam, pelo menos, ligar o ar condicionado no saguão. A equipe parece perdida em encontrar uma reserva, mesmo depois de fornecer o código de reserva e as informações. Eu nem me incomodei em ficar lá. Após 45 minutos de espera para fazer o check-in enquanto eu era a única pessoa lá, eu não me incomodei”
