“I recently stayed at Live Aqua and came up with the following pros and cons list based on my stay:
Pros: - El mural had amazing food and a variety of choices
- Room service is 24/7 and included in cost
- Beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms were very spacious and clean
- Staff went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience
- Poolside drinks were delicious and made quickly
- Very close to the beach
- Very safe neighborhood. I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler
Cons: - Some of the room service dishes were quite bland (guacamole, nachos, fajitas)
- The glasses at the upstairs bar are very old looking and do not make for nice pictures by the pool
- The air conditioning kept not working. Although a repairman was able to briefly fix it each time it went down
Despite the cons I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend Live Aqua to friends and family.”
