There was this one receptionist in the restaraunt that yelled at us because of his impatient which was rude, otherwise it was a very nice place to stay in . We had buffet and very clean rooms. It was quite decorated hotel and i felt very comfortable there. Very good wifi! And a gas station is nearby so you can buy small essentials from there.

I was given this hotel for 10 days by the Clinic I was having dental work with.. the staff were the best part of my stay everybody right the way through were 10/10 incredibly helpful and always with a smile my room 514 was a newly renovated room with a super king bed as my husband was going to be joining me for the last 5 days it was very comfy with lots of fluffy pillows the very sweet house keeper asked me every day if wanted it cleaned I didn’t think it wasn’t necessary everyday but she insisted she gave me fresh bottled water and emptied the bins etc I love an empty fridge in a room so I can put my own stuff in it lovely bathroom/wet room very modern .. good food in the bar I wasn’t so keen on the buffet it was very Turkish 🤷🏼‍♀️to be fair I was limited on what I could eat .. great hot chocolate good sized pool and lovely spa area .. very clean I did giggle a bit every time I saw the unusual design of the carpet in the corridors !! if I have to go back I’d definitely return to this hotel it was about 1/2 hour from Centre of Istanbul cheap taxis makes it work I felt very comfortable and safe .. garage across the road for snacks and drinks if you need them …

We stayed here for approx 25 days. It was like a home to us . All i had was a pleasant experience. The staff including housekeeping,dining,front desk etc were all always welcoming . The only thing that could be changed is the morning buffet which should have more options . Kudos (:

Hotel has a strong cigarette odor. I asked for a non-smoking room and was assigned a room on the 8th floor. Room and aisle stink very strongly. I complained to the reception manager and asked for a change of room. He lied replying that my room is a “non-smokers” room. (Inside it there is an ashtray and matches.) I asked for a new room but they did little to help, except diffuse some Glade odor spray. Disappointing.

I spent a whole week in this hotel and it was good. At first, they put us in a room in the ninth floor which has a strong smoking smell, so we asked to change our room to a non-smoking room and they did that gladly. The free breakfast was open buffet and it was perfect. The service was great. The hotel has a swimming pool which I enjoyed swimming in. The only downside is that this hotel is a little bit far from the center of Istanbul. We had to take a taxi every time we wanted to go there which was everyday. All in all I can say that I recommend staying in this hotel.
