“Ten minute walk from Haram. Beautiful views of Kaaba. The whole staff is incredibly helpful and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. The restaurant on the top floor is very good. Especially the cook who makes fresh omelettes in the morning and prepares hot pasta for dinner and lunch.”

“It seems there is no maintenance to keep this hotel in good shape. The carpets are too old and too dirty. Damages on the walls and doors are left unfixed. Molds can be seen in the bathrooms. I am really surprised this hotel is allowed to operate in such a poor condition.”
