“El personal era amable y servicial con los problemas, pero la decoración y la habitación en sí dejaban mucho que desear. Las sábanas tuvieron que cambiarse (pero se hicieron rápidamente) debido al pelo en la cama. Había una gran mancha en la alfombra. El baño tenía champú usado con maquillaje disponible para que lo usáramos. Había suciedad y bichos en el suelo. El colchón del sofá cama estaba muy manchado. El agua de la piscina no estaba nada clara. En general, no volveremos.”

“I would not even leave a star check in was horrible... staff was unfriendly at the front desk and rest of the whole stay. The pool was Gross looking. Then Breakfast was closed early and not much out. Bathroom by pool was dirty. I would not recommend not staying here. My family will not be back. And we are in the Washington P.A. area 1 time a year for a bowling tournament at the Casino. I know the attitude of the front desk was very sad. We said good morning and nothing was said back. Then asked for a trash bag to clean up our trash as we always do. But they can not clean up shingles from roofing all over the ground. Trash all over the parking lot even a glass bottle behind a tire of another vehicle ( our friends).not happy at all. Also no shuttle to the casino.”
