“The Ibis Bh Savassi is in the middle of excelent restaurants, malls, pubs and bars, awesome location. The room is okay, as expected!
But I have a complain about the staff at the last four stays at all AccorHotels,
I’m not sure about what happened during the pandemic and after that with the back openning from hotels, but the staff needs more training about hospitality, more attention to the guest and most about offering all benefits from accor live limitless member, not to mention a few higiene protocols that are missing as well! I’m a little dissapointed about it, because I always knew what to expect in a accor hotel, but not anymore.
The staff from the front desk dont even say “good morning” and the same happens at the breakfast and when this happens looks totally mechanic, as robot.
I think that in this moment we are all living we need to feel welcome and caring as human!”
