Com certeza um dos melhores lugares em que já me hospedei !!! Da chegada ao check-out, eu estava no céu. O lugar é absolutamente deslumbrante de se olhar. A equipe é incrivelmente cortês. A comida é fantástica. Uma das melhores férias que já tive e mal posso esperar para voltar. Perfeitamente conservado como se tivesse sido construído ontem. As praias não são nada boas, mas esse é o único ponto negativo que consigo pensar para este lugar.Por outro lado, deixamos JW para continuar nossa viagem. Tive um acidente de mergulho e tive que estender mais uma semana no JW. Eles estavam tão preocupados e nos deram uma recepção de volta inacreditável. No jantar, todos vieram e cantaram uma música tailandesa para mim e nos trataram como membros da realeza.

Simplesmente Fantástico. Você não vai querer sair de lá... até porque está em Mai Khao e tudo (exceto o aeroporto é um pouco distante). Mas a verdade é que o resort é lindo, tudo muito ótimo e você não vai querer sair...

Foi a Melhor experiência de jantar na Tailândia: no restaurante Zest, no Marriott Vacation Club, fomos atendidos por um rapaz de nome CHAI, que foi excepcional. Uma amabilidade fora de série, um atendimento impecável, uma educação gentilíssima sem ser servil, enfim, um rapaz com futuro em qualquer bom hotel ou restaurante

Usually amazing but disappointed. Staff are great , food was disappointing from room service and pool bar. Overpriced and close to unetable. Returning next week and needed an additional nite and price quoted was insulting compared to other properties. One would think more work would have go into retaining a loyal 20 year customer than to send them out to find a better solution when most places are less than 50 % full. At the prices they charge for food and services you would think management would want seats full.

Absolutely among the best places I’ve ever stayed!!! From arrival to checkout I was in heaven. The place is absolutely stunning to look at. The staff is unbelievably gracious. The food is fantastic. One of the best vacations I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to go back. Perfectly maintained as if it was built yesterday. The beaches are nothing great but that’s about the only negative I can even think of for this place. On another note we left JW to continue our trip. I had a dive accident and had to extend an additional week at the JW. They were so concerned and gave us an unbelievable welcome back. At dinner they all came and sang a Thai song to me and treated us like royalty.

Consider very large 5 star hotel for family with kids and foreigners. Lots of water sport activities but the beach may not the most beautiful one. Large room, comfy bed & pool but the room decor may not as modern as others newly open. Staff service is great and there are many cafe & Italian, Japanese , international restaurant outlets.

Lovely place, maintain everything well even during the covid time. Renewing facilities and rooms for further planning. Great plan. We come here regularly and service is still reaching standard. Less to expect than before.

We travelled with our 3 kids, we werenervous regarding the covid-19 situation and restrictions. JW Marriott Phuket was definitely the best idea to start our holiday. Everyone in the hotel was brilliant, the service is 5 stars. From the moment you arrived, the staffare ensuring you feel special. Jay and his team was took care of us for 8 days - thank you Jay - you are a treasure. Malai and Oy arrange us a trip in private catamaran boat and made sure we have everything we needed, thank you it was excellent. The breakfast staff are amazing. Executive chef Brian and Joshua thank you for excellent food. Great variety, so many different restaurants and styles of food, always cooked to 5 star perfection. Kids club was brilliantplenty of activities forour kids(5,8,10) excellent staff. Our kids were delighted to see there towel animals everyday from Sam in housekeeping. SPA staff KAT, Naam and Fon have magical hands. We definitely come back to JW Marriott hotel

Un hotel espectacular, von unos exteriores muy cuidados, la playa que esta en frente al hotel tampoco tiene perdida.Habitaciones muy amplias y acogedoras.La comida riquisima, el desayuno buffet super completo con gastronomia thailandesa y de otras nacionalidades. Actuacion en directo en el bar casi todas las noches.Persoal muy atento. Proximo al hotel hay 2 pequeños centros comerciales.

Excelente hotel. Muy bueno para familias, en pareja está bien. La Playa es muy buena, poquísima gente, el mar muy tranquilo. El desayuno del hotel es buenísimo. Se puede hacer un brunch.

El domingo tuvimos que esperar más de 10min. Para poder entrar a desayunar,y después de esperar nos ofrecen en la terraza , eso no me parece nada bien para una categoría de hotel por la que he pagado un extra más de categoría . Tanto restaurante y luego que te pase esto, imperdonable.

El ambiente excelente, sin embargo a pesar de la educación y amabilidad del personal, el comportamiento en algunos casos no es el propio de un hotel de 5estrellas (ni de cualquier estrella). Por estos pequeños detalles manchan la imagen del sitio. A mi me paso que al pedir 2 mojitos en el bar después de la cena uno de ellos se me cayó al dejarlo en la mesa para firmar el ticket a la camarera. Se derramó la mitad, aún así la camarera retiró la copa. Tras esperar y ver que no venían a traer otra,llamé a la camarera y pedí otro mojito, me dijo que lo tenía que pagar sin que yo hubiese preguntado, le dije que vale, no quise perder ese momento de relax por el precio de una copa, pero es cierto que no me esperaba este comportamiento en este lugar. Por lo demás, la zona, piscina y habitaciónes espectaculares.
