“Modern and clean hotel located in a convenient location near the water. We found it easy to locate. We stayed there two nights and really enjoyed the stay. Front reception, house keeping and other staff were all super friendly. The room was clean, spacious and with good lighting + power outlets. The bed was super comfortable and we had really restful sleep. The breakfast buffet was extensive. There is a small gym with clean towels and water provided. We have been travelling all around Italy in 3-4star hotels and this hotel really impressed us.”

“I had a reservation with their hotel and I cancelled it by mistake wanting to cancel another one... I called the hotel a minute later and spoke to a very nice girl who told me that she would keep the room for me, that I shouldn't worry, that they would keep the reservation with the same conditions and everything ok... At night they sent me an email saying that they would no longer keep my reservation.... Very disappointing. It' s just that now the price is more expensive and with the advance I booked it was cheaper. But not everything is money in this life, and if you work to offer a service to the public it is important to take care of the clients and have a commitment with them...It seems that they prefer to win 50€ more for the same room and that I write this bad review... To me it seems very bad management and ridiculous service.”
