I was a vendor (photographer) for a wedding at the hotel and Naiyara helped out tremendously. The couple wanted to do pictures at the Merchant and Trade and there was an event going in that day. She helped me out communicating with the event coordinator to be able to use the space and thanks to her we were able to satisfy the bride plus take amazing photos. Thank you Naiyara for going above and beyond.

Fabulous location. Clean. Nice rooms with excellent views. Friendly staff. We were in town for The Rolling Stones concert and the hotel was extremely busy when we checked in. Even with the mass check ins, the staff was efficient and friendly.My only suggestion would be to put a sign on the stairs that guests shouldn’t use them. We prefer to take the stairs over the elevator (especially with how busy the lobby/elevators were during check in) and found ourselves trapped in the stairwells because room keys won’t unlock thedoors to the floors in the stairwell. A sign at the entrance to the stairwell would help other clients avoid this issue.

Pago para o Park View King Balcony, mas a varanda era nojenta e inutilizável. Não consegui nem deixar a porta aberta. A equipe é amigável o suficiente, que está a par de um Kimpton. Não tive muita interação, mas quando tive, foi bom. Eu os avisei sobre a varanda suja, mas disse que eles não podiam fazer nada a respeito. É tão surpreendente que estivesse neste estado e tenho certeza que você pode dizer pelas fotos, isso é negligência de longo prazo. Das outras sacadas que pude ver, todas eram assim. Se eu soubesse disso com antecedência, teria escolhido um quarto diferente e economizado dinheiro. Normalmente fico impressionado com as opções de refeições do Kimpton, mas o restaurante neste Kimpton estava na média. Às vezes, um restaurante pode ter uma noite ruim, mas eu tive alguns colegas que jantaram em uma noite diferente que expressaram uma experiência semelhante.

Paid for the Park View King Balcony, but the balcony was disgusting and unusable. I could not even leave the door open. The staff is friendly enough, which is on par for a Kimpton. I didn't have much interaction, but when I did, it was good. I did make them aware of the dirty balcony, but said they were unable to do anything about it. It is so surprising that it was in this state and I'm sure you can tell from the pictures, this is long term neglect. Of the other balconies I could see, they were all like this. If I were aware of this in advance, I would have chosen a different room and saved money. I'm usually impressed by Kimpton's dining options, but the restaurant at this Kimpton was average. Sometimes a restaurant can have an off night, but I had some colleagues who dined on a different evening who expressed a similar experience.

Eu já fui um funcionário do setor de hospitalidade, então observo e procuro coisas que outros não podem. Com isso dito, atendimento ao cliente INCRÍVEL e hospitalidade! Hotel muito limpo, ótima localização, equipe incrível e belas vistas. Era o aniversário do meu namorado e ficamos 1 noite por um pouco staycation e eles foram acima e além! Mandou-nos uma garrafa de vinho, um cartão de aniversário escrito à mão e bolinhos. Vamos certamente estar de volta! Fique aqui, você não vai se arrepender !!

I am a previous hospitality industry employee, so I notice and look for things others may not. With that being said, AMAZING customer service and hospitality! Very clean hotel, great location, amazing staff and beautiful views. It was my boyfriends birthday and we stayed 1 night for a little staycation and they went above and beyond! Sent us a bottle of wine, a handwritten birthday card and cupcakes. We will most certainly be back! Stay here, you won’t regret it!!

Quite possibly one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had, from the moment I arrived till I departed. I arrived at 4:30pm Saturday with my wife and 2 children, pulled in to valet and…. Was rudely told by Derek “I could save myself $13 if I parked it myself.” Since I had lots of luggage and the whole family… I told him I wanted to valet. He refused and asked me to move my car. What a joke. After self parking I went to the front desk to check in. They said they couldn’t find my reservation. I showed them the confirmation number and email and the woman asked me to show her my bank statement where I paid. Unbelievable!!! After consulting her coworker and the very helpful Derek, they had a few good laughs and sent me to a room. The room was disgusting. There were stains all over the floor and didn’t appear to have been cleaned. I immediately called the front desk and was told they would mark my account. Mark my account?? The next morning i went to shower and was greeted by bugs in the bathroom. I am completely and utterly disgusted that a hotel can operate like this. Corporate, the management and any affiliates should be ashamed. Unfortunately with no management the hotel is falling apart. The staff is incompetent, unprofessional and rude. The common areas need tended to and cleaned. The room was foul. Very disappointed!!

We’ve enjoyed this hotel tremendously! The area, restaurant, rooftop bar, cleanliness, and staff. You do have to pay for parking but it can be $22 to self-park vs. $35 for valet. The elevators were also something to get used to but overall enjoyable time!
