“The security is not great. The rooms smell funny. Decor needs updating. They do not serve breakfast anymore.”

“They takes photocopy of your credit card (for their safety) if you reserved the room by third party(i.e. Priceline). and they dont even ask about your consent before taking the copy. they says thats their policy.I tried to call choice hotel customer care. and they are also fine with it. when I tried hard they just told me I can't talk on call, come to the front desk and talk with me face to face because they didnt wanted to talk infront of choice representative. finally they cut the phone saying that we will destroy the photo copy of credit card but cant give you the proof that we destroyed it. how can you trust them?
also, telephone in the room was not working so if you have anything you have to go down stairs. not a good served place. can't recommend.”
