“¡Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en el hotel! Su ubicación justo en la franja proporcionó fácil acceso a todo. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y espaciosa y el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. Conocimos a los propietarios, Amanda y Chris, y no podrían haber sido más amables ni más informados. Pudieron responder a todas nuestras preguntas y nos orientaron y ayudaron a la hora de decidir qué espectáculos ir a ver. No podríamos estar más encantados. Altamente recomendado.”

“my husband and I booked a promotional package with them for two nights and the JESUS show. Check-in was supposed to be at 4. We arrived at 6 and was told they were low on housekeepers and our room wasn’t ready yet. They stated they would text us when ready. We had a 7:30 show so we weren’t too concerned. At 9pm I messaged them and they then confirmed a room was ready. We pulled in, they first tried to get me to sign a paper that stated I would sit through some hour long presentation and I immediately told them I didn’t agree to this. They apologized and said I didn’t have to do that and gave me a key to a room. We went to unload our things to walk into a room that was dirty… like housekeeping hadn’t even touched it since the last guests, as the bed was unmade etc. we went back to the front desk. They were so disorganized that they didn’t know which rooms were clean or which were dirty… this was the front lobby staff and Chris and Amanda (the new owners) It was 11 pm (7 hours after check in time) and we still didn’t have a room. They just sat there vs attempting to go see if there were any other clean rooms on the property. We had to argue to even get a partial refund. We decided to drive 45 minutes back home as we wanted nothing to do with that place. It was an awful experience and just wanted everyone to know.

Please look below; don’t let yourself get into this situation. This is how the management responds. Look at the 500 plus reviews… mostly awful! This place needs to be shut down until they can get adequate staff to get clean rooms as this has been happening for months!”
