I was pretty happy, nice big room with a fridge, coffee machine and a balcony. Internet was good room was clean and tidy. Ample parking and the staff were friendly, sorted an issue with my food quickly. There's a gym on site pretty small, but you can get a workout in it. Pool as well, although I never used it, but it seemed to be decent. Food wasn't bad good selection. All in all worth a stay, I would have no issues going back. As I say again the staff were pleasant and helpful so that's half the battle. Fiquei muito feliz, quarto grande e agradável com geladeira, cafeteira e varanda. Internet era bom quarto era limpo e arrumado. Amplo estacionamento e os funcionários foram simpáticos, resolveram um problema com a minha comida rapidamente. Há uma academia no local bem pequena, mas você pode se exercitar nela. Piscina também, embora eu nunca tenha usado, mas parecia ser decente. Comida não era má boa seleção. Apesar de tudo, vale a pena uma estadia, eu não teria problemas em voltar. Como eu digo novamente, a equipe foi agradável e prestativa, então isso é metade da batalha.

Internet era bueno, la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. Amplio estacionamiento y el personal fue amable, solucionó un problema con mi comida rápidamente. Hay un gimnasio en el lugar bastante pequeño, pero puedes hacer ejercicio en él. La piscina también, aunque nunca la usé, pero parecía ser decente. La comida no estaba mal, buena selección. En general, vale la pena quedarse, no tendría problemas para volver. Como repito, el personal fue agradable y servicial, así que eso es la mitad de la batalla.

I recently stayed here for one night. I’m going to list the pros and cons.Pros: - Lovely staff - Spa was great. I had the entire spa to myself and the jacuzzi had great water pressure and was relaxing. Spent about 40 minutes in there. Go in the morning (8am on Weekends) to get it to yourself. - Rooms were good enough. I had a good nights rest; I couldn’t really hear anyone from the other rooms so I wasn’t disturbed. - Shower Pressure was amazing. It was strong. - Showers had freezing cold water. I’m a bit of an oddball as I like showering with cold water, so when the water was extremely cold, that was a plus in my books. The water can be warm and hot too, don’t worry lol. - The location is also really good. It’s not too far away which means that I ordered food to the hotel. The delivery driver found the hotel easily.Cons: - On arrival, I had to wait around 5-6 minutes for a receptionist to be at the front desk. This happened again when I wanted to ask a question. You need to wait around a bit for someone to appear. Theres no bell or anything. - Steam room could be hotter. - Shower knob kept coming off. - Pillows could be firmer. - Rooms did look tired, but that’s not a big problem. The area around the hotel was nice, the hotel itself is good for events and wedding ceremonies. It is a typical country side style hotel, not very fancy rooms and the furniture is old. The service was not very pleasant as most staff were busy for an upcoming wedding while I was there. It would have rated higher, but there was a mess up with our booking, meaning we had a smaller room than planned. Refreshment breaks were well catered for and the lunch was good. The room was atrocious value for money. I booked online early to attend a wedding. It looked as though I was booking direct with the hotel but it turned out it was through a third party. I paid £431 for a standard double room for two nights. A fellow wedding guest paid £150 approx for a luxury doublesuite for one night. And my booking didn’t even include breakfast, which you would expect to be covered by the vastly inflated price. The room was gloomy and dark. There was only one bedside lamp but another was provided when I pointed out the omission. What’s wrong with central ceiling lights these days? There was a desk provided but no light to see by.The staff were friendly. The wedding rooms and service were fine. But I wouldn’t recommend Kenwood Hall. O quarto era um valor atroz para o dinheiro. Nos meten en una habitación, en un tercero sin Ascensor, la caja fuerte no funciona, no hay nevera en la habitación, está el hueco, ni siquiera agua de cortesía, la habitación está fuera de la entrada, hay q dar una vuelta para buscarla,, Nadir te acompaña. Had a ‘honeymoon suite’ following our wedding at a partnered venue. Arrived and booking in was taking a long time per person, partner asked if there was a toilet they could use, was told there’s no toilets in the lobby. Was taken to room, none of keycards work and we would have to go to concierge to be let into rooms each time after leaving. Asked when breakfast was and was told finishes at 11. Room was embarrassingly dated, bathroom looked like it was installed in the 80s and not fit for purpose, shower head cake stuck out of the wall from chest height. Woke the next morning and headed to breakfast for 10, breakfast had finished at 10. In all fairness complained to the concierge and her and another member of staff were trying the hardest to sort something for us but the chef even came out to argue with them in front of us. Eventually brought out some cold sausages and bacon sandwiches after kicking up a fuss in the lobby. Again the concierge was incredibly apologetic and really helpful (she was the only redeeming factor in the stay and should really be praised doing her hardest in such a shocking establishment). Also turns out there was a toilet next to the concierge so the night worker had just lied for some unknown strange reason? Went to spa area, it is so run down it’sactually sad because I imagine it was excellent at one point.My number was taken for the manager to ring me, no contact, I emailed the email on the site, no contact, tried to contact through the website, no contact. A very poor ending to our wedding, if you are offered a place here as part of a wedding package please avoid. Tivemos uma 'suíte de lua de mel' após nosso casamento em um local parceiro. We liked every single thing about this hotel, especially the lovely staff. I must say without a single doubt, this is the hotel with the best staff in the UK that we have ever visited.The cleanliness of the room is 10/10! The location is very convenient and relaxing. It took less than 40 minutes to drive to all the highlights of the Peak District.The food was excellent too. The breakfast and the dinner were the best in quality and taste. We have been to many spa hotels in the UK and we had at least a single thing to complain about food, cleanliness or waiting time to get the room ready etc. But we don't have a single thing to complain about this hotel!We visited as a family of four with two kids (a 4-month-old son and a 4-year-old daughter). The staff members were very kind to them and my daughter loved the staff members. She still reminds them even after we came home.We spent 2 days here and everything was consistently excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to visit this place on another day too. Nós gostamos de cada coisa sobre este hotel, especialmente a equipe encantadora. We liked every single thing about this hotel, especially the lovely staff. I must say without a single doubt, this is the hotel with the best staff in the UK that we have ever visited.The cleanliness of the room is 10/10! The location is very convenient and relaxing. It took less than 40 minutes to drive to all the highlights of the Peak District.The food was excellent too. The breakfast and the dinner were the best in quality and taste. We have been to many spa hotels in the UK and we had at least a single thing to complain about food, cleanliness or waiting time to get the room ready etc. But we don't have a single thing to complain about this hotel!We visited as a family of four with two kids (a 4-month-old son and a 4-year-old daughter). The staff members were very kind to them and my daughter loved the staff members. She still reminds them even after we came home.We spent 2 days here and everything was consistently excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to visit this place on another day too. Nos gustó todo sobre este hotel, especialmente el personal encantador. Debo decir sin lugar a dudas que este es el hotel con el mejor personal del Reino Unido que hemos visitado.La limpieza de la habitación es 10/10! La ubicación es muy conveniente y relajante. Tardó menos de 40 minutos en llegar a todos los puntos destacados de Peak District.La comida también fue excelente. El desayuno y la cena fueron los mejores en calidad y sabor. Hemos estado en muchos hoteles con spa en el Reino Unido y tuvimos al menos una sola cosa de la que quejarnos sobre la comida, la limpieza o el tiempo de espera para preparar la habitación, etc. ¡Pero no tenemos una sola cosa de la que quejarnos de este hotel!Visitamos como una familia de cuatro con dos hijos (un hijo de 4 meses y una hija de 4 años). Los miembros del personal fueron muy amables con ellos y mi hija amaba a los miembros del personal. Ella todavía les recuerda incluso después de que volvimos a casa.¡Pasamos 2 días aquí y todo fue consistentemente excelente! Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera y espero visitar este lugar otro día también.
