“Service was terrible for a 4 star hotel. Rooms are ok but not worth the money. I specifically booked a room with bunk beds for the kids and they told me they only have sofa beds available. Another issue is that you will pay money to access the pool. Go somewhere else because this hotel doesn't deserve your money.”

“Disliked the hotel maily because of the rooms; they need to get renovated as old age can be spotted at every point. Windows don't even have double glazing although all rooms are located near the streets.
We visited in May, and as we were warm in the room, we asked for air conditionning but we were told that the latest hadn't been activated yet and the only solution for us was to sleep with opened windows. That kind of answer is disappointing for a 4-star hotel such as Mercure.
The breakfast was OK even though the buffet wasn't refilled about 30 minutes prior to the closure.
The staff was very nice and helpful! Rooms were clean enough.”
