“Doesn't seem like a 4 star hotel. Very bland. We were in the 702 suite (bedroom with a big balcony) and had to transfer to another room because the suite doesn't look like the photos. It's super small, doesn't even have space for a desk and the balcony is very bland, not worth it. We transfer to a bigger room on the 3rd floor and they didn't even give us bathrobes and slippers - because of COVID they said they were out of them - they could have transfered those things (from the 702 suite) to our other room. Just a suggestion. Meh experience. At least the breakfast was ok.”
