Café da manhã muito bom, quarto aconchegante porém falta frigobar.O hotel está sem manutenção em várias áreas há algum tempo.

O bloco do outro lado da portaria requer uma boa revitalização, pois parece bastante decadente. Também parece inseguro, pois a porta fica grande parte do tempo aberta. O café da manhã é muito bom, bem variado, e a localização é excelente, ao lado da estação de trem de Chamonix e a 7 minutos a pé do teleférico da Aiguille du Midi. Há um estacionamento público ao lado, muito melhor e mais barato que o do hotel.

Os empregados do hotel são extremamente antipaticos, pelo preço que se paga, o serviço é do pior que conheço. Acabou o sabonete ao fim de 3 dias e recusaram repor, também a água que anunciam como parte do quarto não existe, dizem que como são hotel de montanha nada os obriga a cumprir os serviços anunciados. A televisão tem só canais em língua francesa. Pior hote de 4 estrelas que já fiquei, o serviço é pior que um ibis de 2 estrelas.

Five stars.A great resort type hotel with great friendly staff.The ‘family room’ is relatively well sized for a family with busy about enough space, with two single and one double bed (the double is in a partitioned zone.Both parts of the room have TV with access to Netflix.The bathroom is modern with a double wash basins.The toilet is stand alone (which is pretty standard hotel offering).The hotel has two buildings opposite each other. The rooms on the main building need a refresh but this shouldn’t spoil the fun ( but it is noticeable).The on-site restaurant is large which offers a great range of breakfast buffet options.There is a nice onsite bar which does offer free sweets.The communal area has a kids play area and a 6ft pool table.The hotel has various water dispensing stations.There is an underground carpark, this gets very busy so you need to book in advance. It can fit a larger car but the car is tight to operate in so be mindful.The location is excellent and close to all local amenities.

I didn't stay here, but wandered into reception in much need of breakfast in early September 2022, after spending 3 tiring days on the mountain (Gran Paradiso). I was told to proceed to the breakfast area where I should report to the staff on duty. There, after checking with the lady, I found a table and helped myself to a magnificent breakfast of coffee, cooked food, delicious breads & fruits. When I had finished and came to pay, the lady simply said it's fine and waived me away. Such kindness, when I was pretty tired and in much need of sustenance. In the true spirit of Chamonix generosity and hospitality.

Just completed a 7 nights stay in Mercure Chamonix Mont Blanc. Maureen from the front desk is a star; she is very kind and helped made our stay great in this four-star property. -Room Original booking was for the classic room located at the opposite building from the main building. The opposite building seem to house the tour groups which populate this hotel frequently. Also, the classic room was very small for two adults for 7 nights so Maureen helped us work out a paid upgrade to a larger privilege room in the main building. This is a great choice as the privilege room design makes for a comfortable stay for two adults. -Train noise level Negligible even as our room is directly next to the tracks. The train doesn't run 24hours anyway so sleep quality is unaffected. -Breakfast Breakfast spread was good and food was replenished fast to feed the hungry hoards of tour groups early morning. -Housekeeping Housekeeping was excellent in both the rooms and public areas. -Location This hotel has excellent location. Just next to the train station for us to hop on the train and make daily excursions to the alps. Overall, while there is a slight hiccup which was resolved during the stay, we enjoyed this stay. The price point and quality delivered is acceptable.

It’s the most memorable place I’ve been. Hotel has such a wonderful character and staff are helping and friendly. The view from rooms are breathtaking and the service is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable and all the facilities are good.It’s kids friendly for families who travel there. There are some beauty and health treatments offered by hotel for a price. I had a room with balcony and Mountain View which I can not describe how amazing it feels like waking up in the morning and enjoy the balcony and the view! There’s a bottle as a gift on your arrival which you can fill up with water fountain stands provided in different floors and take out with you. The breakfast is perfect, all sorts of hot and continental with a very good variety. Coffee is absolutely lovely. I would definitely go back again:))

Amazing hotel in the centre of the town with secure underground car parking (I sent an email in advance requesting a space). Hotel breakfast was wonderful, with so much choice, whether hot or cold and the staff were so helpful. Lastly, the view from the hotel room balcony. We paid extra for a Mont Blanc view, it was worth every penny and well worth doing. Simply fabulous!

Quiero agradecer especialmente a Stefany barman del hotel y a todo el personal del restaurante. Que fueron los responsables que nuestra estadía fuera excelente. Creo que tendrían que administrar el hotel ellos , Su cordialidad , y dedicación. Fueron maravillosas, en cuanto ala resepcion, no es buena, nadie habla español, ni se esmeran , por entender . GraciasStefany,por toda tu cordialidad.

Had a great time at the hotel, the service was great, there was a nice smell in the hallway. The room was really neat and tidy. Really nice that the room had an espresso machine, the room was renovated and nice. The lobby had fruits, candy’s and good tasting water (with lime and lemon) always available.

Muito confortável. Bem centralizado. Com mimos para os hóspedes como balinhas, água e frutas. Higienizado e muito cheiroso. Perfeito para um casal, bem romântico. Apenas não havia frigobar. Muito bem conservado e limpo.

Hotel situado en el centro de Chamonix. La habitación que nos dieron (para 4personas) no era grande, pero sí cómoda, y las vistas a Le Brevent y el Balcón Sur espectaculares. El desayuno completo y muy bueno y el personal amable en todo momento.

Passei o Natal no Hotel. Participei da ceia de Natal. As comidas estavam boa. Ele é um hotel bem charmoso.uma vista muito linda pras montanhas. O meu quarto era do outro lado da rua .tinha um varanda enorme o quarto era bem aconchegante.o café da manhã tinha bastante opções. O atendimento foi bom e a limpeza era boa atendeu minhas expectativas. Meu ponto negativo é que paravam carro na frente do hotel eu não conseguia atravessar com carrinho de bebê. E tava cheio de gelo os lados .e quando eu ia a atravessar sozinha e mal conseguia passar sem subir nos gelos correndo risco de escorregar.os carros que ficaram na frente do hotel.

Excelentes habitaciones!! Lashabitaciones para cuatro personas tienen muy buena y práctica distribución, ya que disponen de dos ambientes separados (área con cama doble y área con dos individuales). Ambos ambientes con televisor independiente.Además tienen una cálida y bella decoración minimalista. Los Toilettes o inodoros o baños,tienen separados el área de la ducha del WC en dos ambientes independientes, excelente opción para el hospedaje de grupos.El hotel dispone de desayuno tipo buffet, de pago. La ubicación de este hospedaje es muy buena ya que está a unos pocos metros de la estación de tren de Chamonix.

This hotel is not worth staying at it says slops are 5 min walk, thatâs if you want to do the baby ones ! You have to walk tens minutes plus to get bus number 2 or 14 ! Then the downstairs locker...
