“5 out of 6 beer taps not available. Shower difficult to operate. We went for a walk around Perth long before check out time, returned to find the room stripped and our remaining bag taken to reception. The positive was central situation with free parking. Bed was comfortable.”

“El hotel está en una buena ubicación y se ve bonito desde el exterior. Sin embargo, personal antipático y habitaciones que no se corresponden en absoluto con la imagen de Mercure. Un poco de refrigerio estaría bien, y sobre todo revisar el aislamiento entre las habitaciones. Espera muy larga por la noche en el restaurante.”
