“POR LEJOS, una de mis peores experiencias en un Hotel en Chile. 1. Llamo para room services y me dicen que debo pedir Delivery ( Primera vez que me ocurre algo así en mi vida) 2. El baño sin jabón, sin shampoo y sin pasta de dientes. 3. Habitaciones mal cuidadas.NO VENGA!”

“Not so good hotel experience. They assigned me a room that was actually occupied by another guest. I walked in on another guest. No apologies (maybe due to language barrier) offered. Had to pay for an upgrade. Ignorant security guard who prevented me from entry even after telling him I am a guest. Rooms are dirty, not the best imo. Shocking how it's a '4 star'.”
