“The services are really outstanding in this hotel in Hong Kong standard and that’s the main reason I kept renewing my long-stay contracts. Ella is the housekeeper of my room and she really did an excellent job. I’m a messy person but things were all clean n neat after she came every time! The room itself is simple but comfortable, reasonable size, well equipped with a relatively open view. Gym and pool are bit small but acceptable. The only complain is the bad food quality from the hotel cafe, bu there’s plenty of options around the hotel. The foods at the Italian restaurant on the 1s floor isn’t too bad (but with arrogant waiters). Overall it’s a comfortable long-stay and I really enjoyed it.”
