“Sou hóspede nele por oito noites, faltam duas noites e restam seis, e minha reserva não é reembolsável, caso contrário, teria ficado fora por muito tempo pelo seguinte: - Funcionários da recepção com experiência zero e pouco conhecimento em lidar com hóspedes, sem saudade de nomes estranhos, francamente, até os apartamentos mobiliados têm o nome dele anexado. - A limpeza é aceitável, mas o observador, se você não pedir para eles virem limpar, esqueça, ele só vem limpar os quartos depois que o hóspede sair ou você pedir, você coloca um papel na porta , senão você não coloca vida pra quem você chama, haha. - Se você ligar o ar condicionado, um som irritante sai do lado da porta do quarto, e a infelicidade é que mesmo quando você está do lado de fora da porta do quarto, você ouve o som. - O elevador do lounge, da piscina e do ginásio está fechado há uma semana e até agora está quebrado, pegue um elevador até o nono andar e suba as escadas de emergência. - O cartão do quarto é necessário diariamente para passar, falar com o cartão, e quando eu disse a ele por que você não programa para o período de permanência porque a situação é cansada e antiga, eu venho até você todos os dias para programar o cartão dizendo que todos os convidados são assim hhhhhhhhhh com certeza todos eles são assim porque seu programa é antigo??!!.. - O gerente do hotel encontra-se de licença, conforme comunicado do recepcionista, ok, depois dele, ou por sua conta, em estado de silêncio, não há resposta. Não recomendo muito o hotel, e essa é minha última experiência pessoal. Se tivesse menos de uma estrela eu daria, mas o site não aceita 🤓”

“El hotel es excelente y la ubicación es hermosa, el desayuno es maravilloso y variado, el personal es servicial y su servicio es muy excelente. Les agradecemos a todos, especialmente al director de alimentos y bebidas, el Sr. Khaled, y al gerente de el restaurante, Ghulam. Y el proveedor de servicios Abdul Aleem. Hay una nota sobre los espacios de estacionamiento, su entrada es estrecha, así como la entrada del automóvil al vestíbulo es estrecha y necesita ser rediseñada y reestructurada para ser mejor y más ágil. Lamentablemente, cuando llegamos al hotel a las 4 de la tarde, no encontramos la habitación lista y tuvimos que esperar dos horas para prepararla y entrar a la habitación.”
