“My wife and I stayed here for one night. What attracted us to the place was the great breakfast selection and breakfast being included in the price. Another pleasant thing was the 12pm checkout time. That was generous. Staff in the front was also nice. However, overall, it was not as pleasant as expected. When we arrived, there was the hidden parking fee, with parking lot over 50% empty. We ordered a room with a view of the airport, or at least view of the planes. If I am not mistaken, it was supposed to be overseeing the water. The only thing we saw was a parking lot and a wall of a building. The AC was either broken or disabled, since setting the thermometer to anything did not work at all. It was a little warm but I like warmer climates, but even so, little warm even for myself. Now, this next one may be for a lot of you. There are no solid curtains!! There are translucent curtains, but nothing to actually close those. I have never seen anything like this in any of the... perhaps hundreds of hotels I've stayed at. So, at night, if you have lights on, and someone is in the parking lot, they can fully see into your room upon a closer peek. Maybe not even so close. Since there is a window right next to the bed, they can see you sleeping as well. So, if you are looking for a little privacy, I'd be careful here.”

“Of all the Holiday Inns I've stayed at, this was my least favorite experience. The beds were comfortable and water was hot and good pressure, but outside of that it was a very mediocre experience.
The location is perplexing at best, it's tucked into a residential area and getting to it from the highway is difficult. Google maps takes you off an exit into more residential neighborhoods until you go cross the highway and then can access the service road the hotel is on.
You're charged $10 a night to park in their parking lot, I would understand if it was a large secured garage or downtown, but this was just your standard parking lot with about 20 spots in their small garage.
There is no continental breakfast, they have a small diner that is fine, but nothing complimentary.
The thing that really did it for me was the bathroom. Whoever designed the bathroom and the installer were not on the same page. The sink had a short 6" faucet that was set back about 4", so to wash your hands you had to touch the back of the bowl or wash them over the back counter.
In the shower the curtain hung 1" over the edge of the tub, so the slightest breeze and the curtain flips over the edge and water dumps onto the bathroom floor.
Are these things huge deals? No, but that's why I'd say it's a 3* rating. If you need a quick place to crash, it's fine, but that's it”
