“The front desk was inappropriate with how she treated me and it seems like they dont want to work. No one was welcoming or did I feel comfortable here. They gave me the wrong room and the breakfast was not included. It seriously is terrible here. I won't be coming back at all .”

“HORRIBLE! Book the night for my husbands birthday. Everything was perfect until we went to bed. The people next door were extremely loud. We called down to the front desk 3 times for them to handle it. In the 2rd call the staff hung up the phone on me. When the woman next door came over and knocked on our door I called the front desk and the ran up and nearly physically attacked my husband accusing him of knocking on her door. How did the woman know who was calling and complaining. The front desk told them. They're number 1 role is guest safety. They put us in danger by doing that. We called the police because by now I'm physically shaking. I'm afraid for safty from not only the people next door but now the hotel staff. When the police came they said the hotel staff handled it poorly. They also escorted the woman to another room. When we asked to be moved to we were told they were none available. We booked through Expedia so now I have to go through them to get a refund. More work I have to do. The general manager offers us a free stay. Is she crazy? We would never stay there EVER again!”
