This place always so nice staff. Never had a problem. The only thing is depending on where they put you room you might want to move car closer. I usually like first building. A única coisa é dependendo de onde eles colocam seu quarto, você pode querer mover o carro para mais perto. Eu geralmente gosto do primeiro edifício. O barman aqui é incrível, ela é a razão número um para escolher este hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. No problems at all. Rooms were clean, bathroom nice, housekeeping came whenever we scheduled it. (We came to OC to visit family and stayed for 2 weeks). Management were really nice and helpful. We came back late one day and didn’t know the restaurant was closed - my 2 yr old daughter was really hungry and the manager saw that and gave her his own snacks. We really appreciated that, thank you! The breakfast manager is also very helpful and always smiling. Location is alright, there’s a gas station and a del taco within walking distance but the hotel restaurant is alright as well. Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia. Sem problemas. Os quartos eram limpos, o banheiro bom, a arrumação vinha sempre que agendamos. (Viemos a OC para visitar a família e ficamos por 2 semanas). A gerência foi muito simpática e prestativa. Voltamos tarde um dia e não sabíamos que o restaurante estava fechado - minha filha de 2 anos estava com muita fome e o gerente viu isso e deu a ela seus próprios lanches. Nós realmente apreciamos isso, obrigado! O gerente do café da manhã também é muito prestativo e sempre sorridente. A localização é boa, há um posto de gasolina e um del taco a uma curta distância, mas o restaurante do hotel também é bom.

We stayed at this hotel 5 nights. The room was clean, no complaints in that regard. The staff was exceptional, the manager from the restaurant very attentive with us , really nice man. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because there was a sewerage problem, it backed up into our room and we had to rush out of our room we had to pick up everything quickly. The hotel gave me free breakfast and a free night to compensate for the issue. Other than that the hotel was great! Ficamos neste hotel 5 noites. O quarto era limpo, sem queixas a esse respeito. A equipe foi excepcional, o gerente do restaurante muito atencioso conosco, homem muito bom. A única razão pela qual não dei 5 estrelas é porque houve um problema de esgoto, ele voltou para o nosso quarto e tivemos que sair correndo do quarto, tivemos que pegar tudo rapidamente. O hotel me deu café da manhã grátis e uma noite grátis para compensar o problema. Fora isso o hotel é ótimo!

My overall 5 day stay at this hotel was not bad. My only gripe with the hotel is that their pillows could be better, but that is probably due to the fact that I have an already messed up spine and neck. Pillows were just super soft and didn't offer any support for me.The area we were in, off of the 55 FWY and Dyer Road in Santa Ana, is also not the best. Saw homeless people in the parking lot every night, and not a security patrol in sight. The good news is that even though we are directly next to the freeway, we did not have any issues with hearing the traffic from Dyer Road or the freeway.Another issue with the area we were in, there was a drive-by shooting at the freeway offramp next to the hotel, and the homeless people were directing traffic for the police and firefighters while they were dealing with their victim. That was... interesting? and kind of unsettling... lolOverall, hotel is not bad at all, just keep in mind what area you are in and remain aware of your surroundings. Minha única reclamação com o hotel é que seus travesseiros poderiam ser melhores, mas isso provavelmente se deve ao fato de eu já ter uma coluna e pescoço bagunçados. Os travesseiros eram super macios e não ofereciam nenhum suporte para mim.A área em que estávamos, fora da 55 FWY e Dyer Road em Santa Ana, também não é das melhores. Viu moradores de rua no estacionamento todas as noites, e nenhuma patrulha de segurança à vista. A boa notícia é que, embora estejamos ao lado da rodovia, não tivemos problemas em ouvir o tráfego da Dyer Road ou da rodovia.Outro problema com a área em que estávamos, houve um tiroteio na saída da rodovia ao lado do hotel, e os sem-teto estavam direcionando o tráfego para a polícia e os bombeiros enquanto lidavam com a vítima. The gym was pretty good for a hotel gym. Staff were a highlight especially Marilyn and another older gentleman whose name we didn't get a chance to get. We would definitely return to this location and recommend it. Esta localização é ótima! Bastante central para muitas áreas excelentes. O hotel em si é elegante e muito agradável. Tivemos um quarto no primeiro andar que tinha o seu próprio pátio privado com acesso directo à piscina--- que não tivemos a oportunidade de utilizar mas foi uma funcionalidade agradável. A academia era muito boa para uma academia de hotel. A equipe foi um destaque especialmente Marilyn e outro cavalheiro mais velho cujo nome não tivemos a chance de obter. Com certeza voltaríamos a este local e recomendamos.

Está bastante grande y con muchas habitaciones. A veces hay buenas promociones. La atención fue buena y servicial. Tiene trasporte local gratis. Está en buena ubicación a minutos de varios lugares interesantes. Incluso enfrente esta el "mejor dispensario de mariguana"... Lo único malo es que el restaurante está abierto solo muy temprano.

Esperaba mas del lugar. Los empleados son amables pero no son empaticos. Reserve una habitación para 3 con 2 camas y me dieron una de una cama. También me dieron solo dos cupones para desayunar siendo que mi reservación era para 3. Por último, el desayuno es muy malo y muy caro. No volveré. Prefiero un Holiday Inn Express mil veces.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. No hicieron la habitación la noche del 31 de diciembre, no se hicieron responsables, pedimos toallas y sábanas, nos dijeron que teniamos que bajar a traerlas nosotros mismos. Además el 1 de enero de 2020 no hicieron la habitación por ser feriado. La ama de llaves tiene un pésimo carácter, nos contestó grotescamente. CERO recomendado, pésima estadía y experiencia.

Staff and restaurant food was great. Remote was not working properly and I reported it as soon I discovered it. Staff had it resolved in less than 5 minutes. Silverfish in the bathroom was not cool.

Great location for airport access The room was dated and the shower head was broken. If we weren't as tired as we were, we would have asked to change.
