Pésimo hotel, quiero denunciar públicamente al Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation, lugar donde estuve 8 días hospedada, y realizaron una retención de dinero por garantía de 50 dólares por día, la cual no han realizado la devolución hasta el día de hoy, ya a 3semanas, he enviado correos al encargado del lugar Sr . RAYMOND SEAD, el cual no me da respuesta alguna e ignorada mis correos, la cadena de hoteles Hyatt tampoco me da respuesta, por lo que también quiero indicar que es un pésimo hotel dentro de los de la cadena, me he alojado en otros y nunca tuve tan desagradable experiencia, desde la habitación donde el agua se filtraba del baño, luces malas, tarjeta de la habitación que se bloquea y no puedes acceder, por lo demás el aseo del lugar tampoco lo realizan y siendo un hotel de cadenas tan grande nadie habla español, solo ingles, por favor no aloje ene este lugar y tenga cuidado al momento de reservar.Terrible hotel, I want to publicly denounce the Hyatt Place Ft. O hotel entrega o que promete. Tudo simples mas de bom gosto. Quarto bom e banheiro limpo. Os pontos fracos ficam por conta do espaço pequeno para o café da manhã e o cheiro úmido do carpete do quarto.

A localização do hotel está no ponto. Fica a poucos minutos do aeroporto com estacionamento disponível. Check-in foi tranquilo, os quartos são limpos e enormes. Existem vários restaurantes a uma curta distância. A única desvantagem, nosso banheiro é muito pequeno. A porta não abre corretamente para que você possa entrar e sair corretamente.

He alojado en esta cadena de hoteles en Miami, fue bueno pero en este hotel la habitación, teníaproblemas desde que antes la puerta de la habitación, el agua se filtra por la ducha y sale por la alfombra de la habitación, el baño estaba con problemas y le falta limpieza a la alfombra,esta vez no fue bueno,deben mejorar por el precio que cobran por alojar y debes dejar una garantía de 250 dólares,

Hotel location is on point. It's minutes from the airport with parking available. Check in was a breeze, the rooms are clean and huge. There are various restuarant within walking distance. The one downside, our bathroom is very small. The door doesn't open properly for you to navigate in and out properly.

I am a member for hyatt and very loyal to it everywhere. But this branch was awful. It has nothing similar to the photos they have on the website. Everything was bad. The smell of the room was discusting, the AC was very old and noisy.AND I FOUND INSECTS crawling on my bed and restroom. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet door is rusty and bath tub in very old.i paid extra to take a high floor room and i found out the hotel is 6 floors only with no view. The breakfast was the least variation of options and not that good. When I talked to them, they promised me that the manager is going to call me back to do a kinda of discount as an apology. The manager did not call and they didn’t do any discounts. I will add some photos if i figured out how.

A pior estadia da minha vida. Não fique aqui a menos que queira ser mordido durante o sono. Eu e minha família ficamos recentemente no Hyatt de 8/7 -8/9. Durante a minha estadia no domingo, por volta das 4 da manhã, acordei e encontrei uma marca de mordida enorme no meu braço direito e estava coçando muito. Eu não conseguia mais dormir na cama porque estava com medo de ser mordido de novo, então fui para o meu carro para tentar voltar a dormir. Mais tarde, perguntei ao cara que trabalhava na recepção (por volta das 13h) quando estávamos saindo para garantir que os lençóis fossem trocados no quarto e comecei a mostrar a ele a marca da mordida.No entanto, fiquei super desapontado quando voltei para o quarto por volta das 23h e encontrei os mesmos lençóis exatamente como os deixamos. Informei a senhora que trabalhava na recepção o meu problema e ela gentilmente nos designou para outro quarto. Mas, estou desapontado que meu sono foi perturbado em ambas as noites da minha estadia. Também falei com o gerente de vendas sobre esse problema e ainda não recebi uma resposta.

The room was ok. There was mole in the bathroom. The Refrigerator was not clean. There was spots on the carpet from the ac unit. I stayed 7 nights and my was not cleaned up at all. I had to stay up until 2am just for clean pillowcases. I had to make my own bed twice and which out my own towels because housekeeping didn’t get to my room the first time or second. They said they cleaned the room but it was still dirty. And they never came back 7 nights in a dirty hotel room.

Worst stay of my life. Do not stay here unless you want to get bitten in your sleep. Myself and my family recently stayed at the Hyatt from 8/7 -8/9. During my stay on Sunday around 4am I woke up to find a huge bite mark on my upper right arm and it was really itchy. I couldn’t no longer sleep on the bed because I was afraid that I might get bitten again so I went to my car to try and go back to sleep.I later asked the guy working at the front desk (around 1pm) when we was heading out to ensure that the sheets are changed in the room and proceeded to show him the bite mark.However, I was super disappointed when I walked back in the room around 11pm to find the same sheets exactly how we left them. I informed the lady working at the desk my issue and she kindly assigned us to another room. But, I am disappointed that my sleep was disturbed for both nights of my stay. I also reached out to the sales manager about this issue and I have yet to get a response back.

Hola, soy Mexicano y el personal de recepción se porto muy descortés, la habitación la encontré sucia del baño que es donde se puede apreciar mas (cabellos por todos lados en el baño), me hospede 2 noches por cuestiones de trabajo y no realizaron la limpieza de la habitación, no ponen agua en las habitaciones, definitivamente nunca me hospedare nuevamente en ese sitio, Hyatt en México es un hotel de calidad, limpieza y amabilidad con todo el personal que presta sus servicios en el lugar.

Very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are set up well, easy to cool of and even though I had neighbors surrounding me I couldn't hear a peep! Big TVs, cozy beds. Pet friendly. There is also. Grab and Go breakfast (coffee, muffins, cereal, fruit, juices, and oatmeal).10/10. If I ever come back to the area I think I have found my go to hotel

Una excelente opción. Las habitaciones son lindas, cómodas y limpias. El desayuno es suficiente para empezar el día: opciones de yogurt, pan y leche.Huevos duros, escalfados, salchichas y wafles para acompañar y variedad de cereales. Dulcecitos, jugo y café. A 15 minutos de Sawgrass y a 3 minutos delWestfield y Target. El aire acondicionado hace un poquito de ruido pero nada que no se pueda sobrellevar. Además tiene una salita de estar, una cocinita con cafetera, refrigeradora y fregador. Una tv de buen tamaño. Y la habitación en general es de un tamaño aceptable. El personal es muy amable y siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte.

De los lugares más sucios que he estado. Me tuve que ir antes de tiempo porque me resultaba muy desagradable. La piscina imposible. El agua turbia. El olor a alfombra sucia en las habitaciones. Todo es un pegote. El servicio de bus al Sawgrass muy deficiente. Los 2 días que lo utilice tuve que esperar el transporte más de 1 hora bajo el sol. No lo recomiendo en absoluto!!!
