Great rooftop bar called The Crown with excellent sandwiches. Also on the hotel side excellent service and great views of the New York building Skyline. Oh and I can't forget the exceptional Living room area that is a great place to relax around other people.

How are you a 4 star hotel with no working A/ccomplained to the front desk because our room was 82 degrees. I was sweating in my own bed!!!!! And the best they could do was offer to get us a fan. It was cooler out side then inside the hotel. Don’t stay here you can get better for 400$ a night with A/C.

Hotel com quatos modernos e aconchegantes. Tem geladeira ,TV no quartos e camas confortáveis. Funcionários sempre sorridentes e prestativos. Fica ao lado da China Town e Little Italy.

Checked in, air conditioning was broken so it was hot as Hell, there was no tub in bathroom, and the pillows were absolute garbage. The only redeeming aspect was the staff was extremely friendly and brought us a box fan for the room!

So we reach at around 2 AM driving from Virginia only to find out that the entire hotel had its air conditioning system break down and it won’t be back up for at least the entirety of our stay. It would’ve been nice to know that in advance so we could figure something out earlier, we also did an online check in and informed of our arrival time so they knew well in advance what time we were coming in. Wasn’t feasible to find another pet friendly hotel at that time, there goes our trip.

Agradeça-me mais tarde! Este lugar é um dos meus favoritos nesta área. Estou aqui há anos. Se você escolher este lugar, você definitivamente não ficará desapontado.O atendimento ao cliente não é apenas amigável, mas também atencioso. Eu gostava de chá e café de cortesia do jardim no 2º andar, que oferece uma bela vista da cidade. A área do café é uma ótima configuração para trabalhar ou desfrutar de comida para viagem ou sobras de um micro-ondas e talheres para aquecer sua comida. Excelente vista da cobertura também.

Coming from someone who is a clean freak and will disinfect a room soon as I enter any hotel, this place passes ALL my tests.Not a spec of dust, dirt or hair ANYWHERE! The guest service was top notch.Everyone went out of there way to help us. The rooftop was just beautiful and truly the icing on the cake to our stay. Let me also add, there are plenty elevators and the location cannot be beat.I definitely recommend.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a room. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you definitely won't be disappointed. Customer service is not only friendly but, thoughtful. I enjoyed complimentary tea and coffee from the garden on the 2nd floor which offers a lovely city view. Cafe area is a great setup to get work done or enjoy takeout or leftovers with a microwave and dinnerware to warm up your food. Great rooftop view as well.

Foi-nos dada uma suíte de canto ... vistas de 270 graus de Manhattan. Excelentes instalações para crianças, incluindo acesso 24 horas a um micro-ondas para aquecer leite e uma banheira na casa de banho. Funcionários foram muito educados e profissionais. Padaria ao lado e supermercado local na mesma rua. Garagem também adjacente ao hotel. Metro, parques infantis, Little Italy e Chinatown, todos a menos de 10 minutos a pé.

O lugar era limpo e as acomodações eram ótimas! Eles nos honraram com a mesma taxa para a estada prolongada. O lobby sempre tem um cheiro incrível e a localização é bem no centro de Chinatown, com uma padaria ao lado! Há uma academia 24 horas / 7 dias por semana com equipamentos e os funcionários foram muito educados. A vista do quarto era incrível e o chuveiro era uma das melhores partes! Com certeza gostaria de ficar aqui novamente no futuro

Customer service is not only friendly but, thoughtful. I enjoyed complimentary tea and coffee from the garden on the 2nd floor which offers a lovely city view. Cafe area is a great setup to get work done or enjoy takeout or leftovers with a microwave and dinnerware to warm up your food. Great rooftop view as well.

We were given a corner suite....270 degree views of Manhattan. Great facilities for children, including 24hr access to a microwave for heating milk and a bathtub in bathroom. Staff were very polite and professional. Bakery next door and local supermarket down the street. Parking garage also adjacent to hotel. Metro, playgrounds, Little Italy and Chinatown all less than 10min walk.

I stayed here from Thursday - Monday and I was very pleased with my stay. Very happy with the location (next door to Joe's). All of the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and housekeeping was attentive. I will definitely be staying here again.

The place was clean and the accommodations were great! They honored us the same rate for the extended stay. The lobby always smells amazing and the location is right at the center of Chinatown with a bakery right next door! There is a 24/7 gym with equipments and the staffs was very polite. The view of the room was amazing and the shower was one of the best parts! Would definitely want to stay here again in the future

Habitaciones cómodas, linda vista de la ciudad y el puente de Manhattan tanto en el cuarto como en el bar. Por la pandemia no sirven el desayuno, lo envían a la habitación si se elige el servicio y cuesta 25 dólares extra.

Pretty good hotel with decent sized rooms. Close to Chinatown and little Italy, and short walk from Soho. Lots of restaurants around. Pretty good buffet at very decent price considering this is NYC. Service is pretty good also. Use the private parking next store instead of hotel parking.

I have stayed here before and it is a wonderful hotel with great service and normal size for newyork but well appointed rooms. What made the stay wonderful was the accommodating staff and personnel. Thanks and we will be back for sure!

A hidden gym! Feels like the W, but for a better price. The view from our corner room was spectacular. Upstairs bar views were gorgeous too. Clean rooms and bathrooms- an oasis in Chinatown and close to some of our favorite spots in NYC. We loved it all and will stay here again!

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located and there was a Starbucks next door. I would gladly return.

Fantástico hotel con un gran equipo que hará tu estancia más agradable y satisfactoria. Muy nuevo y en buen estado, limpio y con buenos accesos, habitaciones con un tamaño aceptable y una decoración funcional. Aunque sólo hablan castellano en el restaurante, todo el mundo se esfuerza por ayudar y acerté más agradable la estancia, siempre con una sonrisa y muy buena disposición si vuelvo a NY repito fijo.
