“This place takes the mask thing way too serious, so if you "love" the mask thing then this place is for you, but if you dont care about masks too much you'll be annoyed as we were, so dont go here. Most Bartenders are really rude. Restaurant waiters were really nice though, and provided excellent service. Food was decent, and they did charge ALOT of money for different steaks and shellfish like crab or lobster. I've been to many All Inclusive resorts and ALL the food was included and delicious. The additional charges really interfered with our All-inclusive experience, we were really looking forward to lobster and never got to eat because of the changes. The property, beach and rooms were very well taken care of, we enjoyed the property itself. Overall, we liked somethings and really didnt like other things, so we wont be back.”
