“We enjoyed our stay at Iberostar parasio. All the staff worked very hard to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Katya was great!! She comes around at the beach and makes sure you are enjoying the day!!”

“The staff is awesome and the food good. But we encounter a few issues lack of communication while at the resort they don't inform you of many of the activities that are going to be available or happening. Also App needs to be updated frequently or daily so that the guest are informed.
I will like to give and extra thank you to Joe the Golf kart drive he is always happy and goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomed.
Alejandro is the restaurant manager is great he made my wife birthday extra special, he sang for her.
Stefano needs to learn that guest are treated nicely.”
