“We only stayed for one night and had to catch our flight early in the morning, so we were very happy to be checked in quick. The staff was fluent in English, friendly and helpful enough to book us a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. All expectations were exceeded. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this hotel to others.”

“Melia has always been our hotel choice. We choose to stay in this hotel because it is very near to the embassy and it is in the business district which mean not a touristic hotel (not crowded). This time we choose to stay in level room which comes with a separate dining hall and open to level guests till 11pm which is perfect for us as we usually check in late, and arrive to the hotel hungry and tired. Although the variety of food were not much (tiny sandwiches, cold cuts, cakes, nuts, some fruits, ect) But they do have sufficient selection of drinks from tea, coffee, juices beers and wines. The room however a little let down, the smell of the sewage from the toilet clouded the whole room. They did offer a room change and gave us a key to another room to check if we want to change , but unfortunately the key was not working, so we decided to stay with the same room, as we were just to stay for a night and too tired to move the luggage to a new room. And we thought the smell were due to the turned off ventilation and would go away after a while, but we were wrong. They also run out of slipper and they told us their stock will only arrive another 3 days. I hope they could improve and look into the sewage smell in the room.”
